Extended abstract / Full manuscript submission

Please use the form below to submit your extended abstract or your full manuscript. Please observe the indications in the form, the text you enter in the different fields will be used for the edition of the book of abstracts to be printed for the congress. If you do not follow these indications we will have to manually edit your entries so that there is harmony among all abstracts.

Now you have to decide among the next three choices:

You keep the same abstract as submitted. This abstract will be published in the book of abstracts. You still must upload it into our system, and now you will have the option to include names and affiliations of all co-authors.
You upload a revised abstract. This abstract can only contain ASCII text, and will be published in the book of abstracts. The abstract length should be less than 3000 characters, so that the abstract is no longer than 2 pages.
You upload a manuscript for further review and to be published in the Springer proceedings. You still have to fill the form and provide an ASCII text abstract. The abstract you include in the form, which may or may not coincide with the abstract in the manuscript, will be published in the book of abstracts. This manuscript should be prepared using the Springer Word template, which can be downloaded from here. For your convenience we have prepared a mockup manuscript with instructions for authors, using the Springer template, which you could use as a guide, and can be downloaded from here. You also must upload the signed consent-to-publish form, which can be downloaded from here; before signing it, please read the permissions information document prepared by Springer.
